The Société Antiesclavagiste de Belgique led an armed fight against the slave traders. The expedition Hinck travelled to the Lomami river. When hostilities became too intensive there, the expedition headed back straightaway. Received letter from lieutenant-general Jacmart to Hippolyte d'Ursel about the expedition Hinck, 1890.
